Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Weekend Builder collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use ai-weekend-plan.elements.red, including Google sign-in and public journey features.
Who operates Weekend Builder
Weekend Builder is operated for the domain ai-weekend-plan.elements.red.
For privacy, data deletion, account, or OAuth review questions, contact afnan@elements.red.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information needed to identify your account, such as your email address and Google account identifier.
We store profile details you choose to add, saved AI model names, active conversations, locked journey entries, and public journey visibility settings.
We also store application records needed to restore your dashboard, journey timeline, and selected preferences.
How we use Google user data
Google sign-in is used only for authentication and account access.
We use your email address and account identifier to create or find your Weekend Builder account, protect your workspace, and restore your saved journeys.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
How we use your content
We use your prompts, profile context, and saved messages to provide planning, chat, assessment, and journey history features.
If you add profile details such as your role, field, or learning focus, those details may be used to personalize planning context inside your own workspace.
Public journey cards are shown only when you enable public journey visibility.
AI provider keys
Your AI provider API keys are stored in your browser storage and are not stored in the Weekend Builder database.
When you send a message, the selected key may be sent from your browser to the application route that calls the selected AI provider for that request.
You are responsible for managing, rotating, or revoking your AI provider keys with the provider that issued them.
Public and private journeys
Journeys are private by default.
If you enable public journey visibility, public journey pages may display your journey title, summary, message transcript, display name, field, model label, and date/time information.
You should not publish private, sensitive, confidential, or third-party information in a public journey.
Sharing and processors
We share data only as needed to operate the product, such as authentication, database hosting, and AI provider requests you initiate.
AI responses are generated by the AI provider you select. Their handling of prompts and responses is governed by their own policies.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to respond to valid legal requests.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and journey data while your account is active or while needed to provide the service.
You can update your profile and public visibility settings in the product.
To request deletion of account data or saved journeys, email afnan@elements.red from the email address associated with your account.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so avoid saving secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data inside public journeys.
Changes to this policy
Weekend Builder is in beta and this policy may be updated as the product changes.
