Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Weekend Builder at ai-weekend-plan.elements.red.

Weekend Builder is a planning and accountability tool for creating weekend plans, chatting with AI providers, assessing progress, and saving journey records.

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable laws.

The app uses Google sign-in for authentication.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for signing out on shared devices.

If you lose access to your Google account, you may lose access to your Weekend Builder workspace.

You are responsible for prompts, profile information, AI provider keys, conversations, assessments, and journey content you submit.

Do not submit or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, confidential, or intended to expose private information about another person.

You keep ownership of your content, but you allow Weekend Builder to process it to operate the service and display public journeys you choose to publish.

Journeys are private by default.

If you enable public journey visibility, selected saved journeys may be visible to visitors, including journey summaries and message transcripts.

You are responsible for reviewing a journey before making it public and for hiding it if it should no longer be public.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

Review important decisions, code, legal, financial, medical, educational, or safety-related information before relying on it.

When you use your own AI provider key, your use may also be governed by that provider's terms and policies.

Weekend Builder is currently in beta.

The planned price is $3/month, but beta access is available at no cost for now.

Features, limits, pricing, availability, and billing details may change before or after the beta period.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse authentication, scrape private data, bypass access controls, or use the product to generate or publish harmful content.

Do not upload secrets, passwords, API keys, or sensitive personal data into public journeys.

The product is provided as an early-stage service and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The latest version will be available at ai-weekend-plan.elements.red/terms.
